Straight Answers
Do you offer both photography and video?
Yes — and usually in the same production. We shoot HDR photography, cinematic horizontal film, and vertical social reels as one integrated shoot, so every deliverable matches in look and quality. You choose the scope; we build the package around it.
Can drone coverage be included?
Yes. We're FAA Part 107 certified and insured, and aerial photo and video are core to how we present property — including FPV fly-throughs where the property calls for it. Airspace, weather, and location can affect what's flyable on a given day, so we assess that during planning and tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you create vertical reels for social media?
Yes. Horizontal and vertical deliverables come from one production — we plan for both formats on site rather than cropping one into the other. Your listing film works on MLS and YouTube; your reels work where buyers actually scroll.
Can you highlight property boundaries or features?
Where appropriate, yes. We produce aerial graphics that call out property lines, acreage, and key features — especially useful for land and larger properties. These overlays are illustrative marketing visuals, not legal surveys, and we frame them that way.
Do you travel to the property?
Our direct markets run along the North Florida Gulf Coast — 30A and South Walton, Destin, Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas, St. George Island and the Forgotten Coast — plus Tallahassee and Marianna inland. For properties beyond those markets, travel is available and scoped transparently into your quote. Tell us where the property is and we'll take it from there.
