From Dirt to Delivered
Monthly aerial progress documentation, construction media, and development marketing — one media partner from groundbreaking to grand opening.
— What We Deliver
A Build Is a Story Told Over Months
Document it once a month, and you own that story forever.
- Monthly Aerial Progress — Recurring, consistent aerial documentation of the build — the backbone of this category.
- Construction Photography — Ground-level documentation of the site, the work, and the milestones.
- Drone Video — FAA Part 107 certified aerial video of the site and its progress.
- Ground Video — Stabilized production on site — crews, process, craft.
- Development Marketing Content — Media built to sell the vision while it's still going vertical.
- Finished-Project Media — The completed build, shot like the achievement it is.
- Commercial Reels — Vertical and horizontal cuts for social, sales, and stakeholders.
- Architectural Photography + Video — The finished work, composed with the care it was built with.

An Ongoing Service, Not a One-Time Shoot
The value compounds with every month on record. Scoped per project. Quoted directly.
Progress Documentation
The recurring visual record. Consistent aerial documentation of the build, month over month — a timeline your investors, lenders, marketing team, and future buyers can actually see. The longer it runs, the more it is worth.

Straight Answers
How often do you document progress?
Monthly is the standard cadence for progress documentation — frequent enough to capture real change, consistent enough to build a clean timeline. That said, every build moves differently, so cadence is scoped to your project and stated in your quote. The key is consistency: same vantage points, same standard, every visit.
What does monthly progress documentation actually include?
Conceptually: consistent aerial coverage of the site from repeatable vantage points, so each month lines up against the last and the build's progress reads clearly over time. Ground documentation can be layered in where the project calls for it. Specific deliverables are scoped per project — tell us about the build and we'll define exactly what your record includes.
Is drone flight legal over an active construction site?
Yes, when it's done properly — and we do it properly. We're FAA Part 107 certified and insured, every flight is planned around the site's airspace, and where FAA authorization is required we obtain it before flying. We also coordinate with site management so flights work around your crew and your safety protocols, not against them.
Can we use the media for pre-sales, investors, and marketing?
Yes — that's the point of documenting the build. The same progress record works as an investor update, a lender report, a pre-sale asset, and ongoing marketing content, and the Marketing + Progress and Full Development Media tiers are built specifically to feed those channels. One production serves every audience the project has.
Can you start documentation mid-project?
Yes. The full arc from dirt to delivered is ideal, but a record that starts mid-build is still far more valuable than no record at all — every month captured from here forward compounds. We will pick up wherever the project stands and build the timeline from there.
